We’ve updated the Orders table in your dashboard to provide clearer insights into commission payouts.
We’ve improved the payout process to give you better visibility, making it easier to track and manage commission payments confidently. Here’s what’s new:
- More Accurate Paid Status: The “Paid” status now only appears when funds have successfully reached your advocate’s account.
- Detailed PayPal Statuses: Your dashboard now displays live PayPal statuses for payouts, including:
- Processing: When we have successfully handed the payment over to PayPal but no status exists yet.
- Unclaimed: A sign-up link has been sent, the recipient may not have a PayPal account matching the email used in Duel.
- Returned: Funds were returned because the recipient didn’t claim the payment or the payout was canceled.
- Failed: The payout was unsuccessful.
- Onhold: The payout is under review.
- Blocked: The payout request was blocked.
- Refunded: Funds were refunded by the recipient.
- Filter by PayPal Status or Unrewarded State: Easily locate orders with specific statuses or find unrewarded purchases.
- Simplified Terminology: We’ve renamed “Completed” to “Scheduled” for better clarity.
- Excluded Unrewarded Orders: Unrewarded purchases are now excluded from most filters to simplify your view.
Example Commission Flow
A typical commission flow now appears as:
- Pending: During Duel’s return period window.
- Scheduled: Locked and scheduled for the next payout batch.
- Paid: Funds successfully transferred to the recipient’s PayPal account.
This improved process ensures greater clarity and control over your payouts.
