      Device & Browser Support Policy

      This policy outlines supported devices, screen resolutions, operating systems (OS), and browsers for Duel’s two primary products: Dashboard and Portal

      Dashboard Support Policy

      The Dashboard is built for desktop use. We do not guarantee full functionality or optimal performance on mobile or tablet devices.

      📐 Supported Screen Resolutions

      • Minimum: 1024 px width

      • Recommended: 1920 px width or higher for optimal experience

      💻 Supported Operating Systems (Desktop)

      We support the latest and recent versions of major desktop operating systems:

      • Windows

        • Windows 11

        • Windows 10 (latest two versions)

      • macOS

        • Latest two macOS releases (e.g., macOS Sonoma and macOS Sequoia)

      🌐 Supported Browsers (Latest Stable Versions)

      • Google Chrome

      • Safari (macOS only)

      • Mozilla Firefox

      🚫 Unsupported Browsers

      The Dashboard may work on other browsers, but they are not officially supported:

      • MS Edge, Opera, Vivaldi, Brave, etc.

      • Users may experience limited functionality or unexpected issues

      • Duel does not diagnose or resolve issues encountered on these browsers

      🖥️ Unsupported Platforms

      • Linux distributions: Not officially supported (basic functionality may work)

      • Mobile browsers (including tablets): Not supported for the Dashboard

      Portal Support Policy

      The Portal is optimised for mobile devices and may not function reliably on desktop or tablet devices.

      📐 Supported Screen Resolutions

      • Minimum: 360 px width

      • Recommended: 375 px width or higher

      📱 Supported Operating Systems (Mobile)

      We support the latest and recent versions of major mobile operating systems:

      • iOS

        • Latest two iOS releases (e.g., iOS 18 and iOS 17)

      • Android

        • Latest two Android versions (e.g., Android 15 and Android 14)

      💻 Supported Operating Systems (Desktop)

      For users accessing the Portal via desktop:

      • Windows

        • Windows 11

        • Windows 10 (latest two versions)

      • macOS

        • Latest two macOS releases (e.g., macOS Sonoma and macOS Sequoia)

      🌐 Supported Browsers

      • Mobile:

        • Safari (iOS only)

        • Google Chrome (Android and iOS)

        • Android Webview (Android only)

      • Desktop (if applicable):

        • Google Chrome (macOS and Windows)

        • Safari (macOS only)

      🚫 Unsupported Browsers

      The Portal may work on other browsers, but they are not officially supported:

      • Opera, Firefox Mobile, DuckDuckGo Browser, etc.

      • Users may encounter functionality issues

      • Duel does not diagnose or resolve issues encountered on these browsers

      📵 Unsupported Platforms

      • Devices running OS versions older than the specified range

      • Tablet browsers are not officially supported; functionality may be limited
