Insights Dashboard Update
Exciting updates are coming to your Insights page! We’ve given the entire experience a fresh look, breaking things down into three clear sections to help you get a better understanding of your brand’s performance at a glance.

Here’s what’s new:
Revenue Metrics
We’ve enhanced the revenue metrics for improved clarity and usability.
- Advocate Spend - We have combined Loyalty and Promotional spending into a single metric called Advocate Spend, allowing you to easily see the total expenditure of your advocates at a glance.
- Referral & Affiliate Revenue - This metric represents the total income generated from orders placed using a referral code or affiliate link powered by Duel.
- UGC Revenue - This figure indicates the total value of orders made through the “Shop for this” button located within the UGC gallery on your eCommerce platform.
Additionally, you’ll now benefit from enhanced visualisations:
- A line graph for straightforward tracking of performance trends.
- A table breakdown of daily figures that can be toggled between different metrics, enabling you to view a distinct graph for each one.
Members & Activity
We’ve made it easier to track member and task engagement:
- Task Impressions and Completions: Now with a bar graph to help visualize the trends over time.
- Members: See how your community is growing with a dedicated section showing New Members and Active Members, along with a bar graph to track growth.
- Audience Breakdown: Get deeper insights into who your members are with charts showing age groups, gender breakdowns, and location data by country.
Social
This section focuses on your social media metrics:
- EMV (Earned Media Value): The spotlight stat, displayed prominently at the top.
- Below it, you’ll find line graphs for Social Posts, Social Reach, Reactions, and Comments, all showing how they’ve evolved over time.
Period Comparison
Wherever you see a line graph, you’ll notice a delta indicator, giving you the difference in numbers between your selected period and the previous one. Perfect for tracking growth or spotting trends! For example, select a 14 day period, the delta compares it to the previous 14 days. Select a 60 day period, the delta compares it to the previous 60 day period.
Additional Features
- The date picker works the same but now looks even sleeker to match our updated branding.
- Export options remain similar, with an additional “Task-specific” export option available under Members & Activity, alongside the overview exports for Revenue and Social.
- The filter function is still your go-to for selecting groups and tiers—now it’s just on the opposite side of the page!
