      Requirements for Klaviyo Email Design

      If you've chosen to set up your program emails via Klaviyo, we’ve outlined below everything you need to set up your emails to align with your brand guidelines. 

      Font

      Let us know what brand fonts you use as well as your default fonts. If you use a custom font, please provide the font file in OTF or TTF format. 

      Brand colours

      Please provide the hex codes for your brand colours.

      Imagery

      Hero imagery

      Please provide 20 evergreen campaign shots that meet the following requirements:

      • Minimum width: 1650px
      • Enough blank space to accommodate text on the image
      • If possible, at least 2 images featuring multiple people

      Subsection imagery

      Please provide 10-20 evergreen product shots that meet the following requirements:

      • Minimum size: 800px x 800px

      UGC

      If you don’t have UGC available to use in your Duel gallery yet, please provide up to 15 UGC images

      • Minimum width: 800px
