Moderation Decision Log Export - March 2026

Download an auditable CSV record of advocate and task moderation decisions

You can now export your moderation Decision Log as a CSV, giving you an auditable record of every accept and reject decision for compliance and operational review.

💻 Navigate to Settings > Account > Advocate or Task Evaluation > Decision Log

📁 What's New

  • CSV Export: Decision Log data from both Advocate Evaluation and Task Evaluation can be downloaded as a CSV file.
  • Auditable Record: Each export captures the decisions made on your programme, so you have a clear trail for compliance checks and internal review.

⚙️ Export Filters

Scope your export before downloading:

  • Duration: Choose from the last 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months.
  • Decision Type: Include accepted decisions, rejected decisions, or both.
  • Source: Filter by manual decisions, automatic decisions, or both.

🧩 Operator Filtering

Advocate Evaluation exports can be filtered down to individual operators. Operators are grouped into Brand Operators and Duel Operators, with search and collapsible sections to find the right person quickly.

🚨 Operator-level filtering is not yet available for Task Evaluation exports. An alert in the export window explains this. Operator tracking for task moderation arrived on 30 March, so check whether this caveat still applies before publishing.

🚨 Availability & Access

This feature is live for all brands with Advocate Evaluation or Task Evaluation enabled, and is available to admin operators only.
