Navigate to Members > Groups > Members
You have the option to enter the email address of the advocates you want to move into the group, or you can simply remove them from their current group and send them to the default group.You can search by name or email when transferring, you also have the options to reset their points (as if the advocate has started from the beginning)

While moderating signups you can move advocates between groups if they have applied to the wrong region or are better suited to another group.
This needs to be enabled on the required groups under Members > Groups
This is done on the Members > Signups to the right of the accept button under the three dot icon there is a change group feature
Group transfer on activity moderation
This feature needs to be enabled on the required groups under Members > Groups
Then in the activity moderation tab Activity > Pending you can change the group before accepting/rejecting the content.
Removing advocates
Navigate to Members > All (search for the advocate in question) > Click to open their Duel profile > Manage > Delete member
When you delete an advocate you can opt to keep their UGC or remove it also
