Why do some social media profiles show the "No Posts Available" error?
When viewing advocate sign ups or their social media profiles, you may sometimes see the message:
“We couldn't show posts for this profile at the moment.”
This means that posts from that social media profile aren’t currently available to display.
Why does this happen?
There are a few common reasons why this may occur:
-
Private Profile – The profile is set to private, so posts aren’t visible publicly and cannot be fetched.
-
No Posts Yet – The profile may not have published any posts to display.
-
Temporary Issue – Occasionally, there may be a temporary issue fetching content from the social media platform.
What should I do?
In most cases, no action is needed — posts will appear automatically once:
-
the profile is made public,
-
content is posted, or
-
the temporary issue is resolved.
If you believe the profile should have visible posts and the issue persists, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
