Localising the Portal in Other Languages

How to localise/translate a group profiles language

In addition to the existing in built copy fields within the dashboard, there are other areas of text that require translation.

To localise the portal into different languages that we don't already support the brands team will need to translate a designated spreadsheet. A sample screenshot is provided below for your reference.

Consult with your Brand Success Executive (BSE) regarding language localisation, and they will supply you with additional details and the necessary spreadsheet.

After your team completes the translation, our product team will upload the sheet to a group profile. 

You'll then be able to select this new language on the group profile > general text page.

Please be aware that the back-end/dashboard is currently available only in the english and is not able to be translated.
