🛠️ Why We’re Launching Auto Reject
Managing advocate applications can be extremely time-consuming, especially when the majority fail basic eligibility criteria. Brands often spend valuable time manually reviewing a high volume of clearly ineligible applications, which can:
-
Represent up to 90% of moderation workload
-
Waste internal resources
-
Delay response times
-
Lead to inconsistent moderation outcomes
This is particularly problematic during:
-
Campaign launches
-
Peak promotional periods
✅ We’ve listened to your feedback and designed this feature specifically to enhance the effectiveness of your advocate selection process.
🚀 Introducing Auto Reject
Auto Reject automates the removal of clearly ineligible applicants, enabling your team to:
-
Reclaim valuable time
-
Focus on assessing high-quality, high-potential advocates
-
Improve efficiency and consistency
✨ What’s New
Introducing automated moderation rules to streamline advocate applications. Automatically decline applicants based on:
📉 Insufficient Follower Count
-
Applications are auto-rejected if none of the applicant’s public social profiles meet your program’s minimum follower requirements.
-
One qualifying profile is sufficient—only entirely non-qualifying applicants are rejected.
🔒 No Accessible Profiles
-
Automatically reject applicants whose submitted social profiles are all:
-
Private
-
Not found (typo or 404 error)
-
Otherwise inaccessible to moderation tools
-
-
Rejections are clearly logged with the reason: "Profile Not Accessible".
-
One accessible profile keeps an applicant in consideration.
🌎 Restricted Country of Origin
-
Configure geographical eligibility using:
-
Allowlists
-
Blocklists
-
-
Applicants from restricted countries are automatically declined.
⚙️ How To Set It Up
-
Auto Reject can be accessed and configured by navigating to Members > Group Profiles > Select a Group Profile > Advocate Moderation.
-
Each rule (Follower Count, Profile Accessibility, Country) can be toggled on or off independently.
-
Rejections are delayed by one hour to create a more natural experience and reduce immediate resubmissions with altered data.
-
An audit log and dedicated “Rejected” tab help you distinguish between system and manual rejections.
🎯 Benefits for Brands
- Save Time and Focus on Quality
- Auto Reject can reduce manual moderation workload by over 25%, freeing up your team to review high-value applications.
- Ensure Fairness with Consistent, Bias-Free Decisions
- Every applicant is assessed against standardised rules—reducing human error and ensuring a uniform experience.
- Maintain a Clear Audit Trail
- Each auto-rejection includes a logged reason, creating transparency and traceability throughout your moderation process.
- Improve Applicant Experience
- Applicants receive timely and relevant updates—reducing delays and providing clear rationale where the outcome is evident.
