Please note that only admins have permission to create operators.

Steps to Setup an Operator

  1. Navigate to Settings
    1. Log into the Duel Dashboard and go to the Settings section in the top right.
  2. Open the Operators tab
    1. In Settings, select the Operators tab.
    2. If this tab is not available to you Reach out to your BSM (Brand Success Manager) to setup your account with admin . Only admins are able to add new operators.
  1. Click Create
    1. Select the Create button. Enter the new operator’s email address and full name.
    2. Here you can also hit the checkbox to set them as admin so they can create operators themselves.
  2. Send activation email
    1. Click Create Operator to finalise. This will automatically send an Activate your account email to the new operator, allowing them to set up their password and access Duel.

✅ Tip: Ensure the email address entered is correct, as the activation link will be sent there directly.

You may wish to send the following message to the new operator once you’ve created their account, so they know what to expect:

Subject: Welcome to Duel
You’ll receive an email from noreply@duel.tech to set up your dashboard account. If you don’t get anything through after 15 minutes, be sure to check your junk folder.
