Duel Detect - September 2026

Duel Detect is Duel's automated detection layer for programme fraud. It flags accounts that show signs of suspected programme fraud and pauses their earning, so your team can review them and act in one click.

💻 Go to Advocates › All and click Flagged advocates in the top right.

🔓 On for all brands. There's nothing to set up. Detection has always run behind the scenes at Duel. What's new is that your team can see it and act on it.

📁 What's New

Flagged advocates view: everyone who's flagged, split into System and Manual flags, with a breakdown by reason and filters for reason, group and date.
One-click decisions: unflag, whitelist or ban an advocate, one at a time or in bulk.
Manual flags: flag an advocate yourself from their profile, with a reason and a note.
Flagged badges and filters: spot flagged advocates in your Advocates list and filter submissions by flag status on the Activity page.
Flag History and Decision Log: a full record of every flag and decision, exportable from the Decision Log.
Earnings on hold, not lost: flagged advocates' rewards and commission are held until you unflag or whitelist them.
