Enabling AI Scoring in Your Dashboard

AI Scoring allows your brand to automatically assess Advocate submissions based on a tailored prompt, streamlining your evaluation process.

Disclaimer: This feature is currently in beta and subject to change. We are actively learning and making improvements, so functionality may evolve over time. If you have any questions or feedback, please contact your Brand Success Manager.

For additional context and details, please refer to the release notes.

Step 3: Add Your AI Prompt

  • In the brand values field, enter your evaluation prompt.

  • If you do not yet have a prompt, reach out to your Brand Success Manager for guidance and examples.

Note: Prompts are updated frequently, so they are not listed in this article.

Click Save to confirm your changes.

Step 4: Allow Time for Scoring

Once enabled, the AI Scoring process may take some time to run. If you do not see scores immediately, please be patient — they will appear once processing is complete.

Step 5: View Your AI Scores

  • Go to your signup page.

  • Switch to Socials View by selecting it from the top-right menu.

  • Your AI-generated scores will be visible here.

Frame 19-2

What is Socials View?

Socials View is an expanded view of each applicant’s recent social content. Instead of opening new tabs or leaving the Duel dashboard, you can scan a creator’s posts, tone and engagement history right alongside their application.

This richer context makes it easier to decide whether someone is a good fit for your brand without losing time or focus.

Best Practices for Crafting Your Prompt

A well‑written prompt helps the AI understand what matters most to your brand. Consider these tips when drafting your prompt:

  • Reflect your brand values. Include keywords or themes that capture your mission, tone and ideal community (e.g. sustainability, wellness, authenticity).
  • Be clear and specific. Tell the AI what qualities or behaviours you want to see in advocates (for example, “positive engagement” or “supportive of our product category”).
  • Keep it concise. Shorter prompts tend to be more focused; avoid overly long sentences that mix unrelated criteria.
  • Focus on behaviours, not personal traits. The AI evaluates content tone, engagement quality and credibility, not sensitive personal data.

If you’re unsure where to start, your Brand Success Manager can provide examples and help tailor a prompt that aligns with your program goals. They can also review your scoring results and suggest refinements over time.
