We use data collection challenges to help brands better understand their advocates and their overall customer experience. This can be done in various different ways including via product surveys, questionnaires, testimonial challenges and much more.
Top tip: whenever looking to build a data collection challenge, always start with the question you are trying to answer or solution you are trying to solve and consider how you can format your data collection in the best way possible to achieve your goal.

Referrals & Affiliates Challenges
We use referral challenges to encourage advocates to share their code and/or affiliate link with their followers, friends and family. This can be done by asking them to share them in a social post or via a advocate page.
Top tip: whenever it comes to a referral challenge, always think about how to ask advocates to share their codes/links in the most user friendly way for their followers. For example, if you are asking them to share their link in a story, make sure you ask them to use an Instagram link sticker.
