Where your programmes UGC is stored and how to search and use it
Overview
Once advocates have successfully completed specific action steps and those tasks have been approved, the resulting user-generated content (UGC) is added into the Content tab within Duel.
To locate your current UGC assets, simply navigate to Content > Assets within the Duel dashboard.
From here, you have the ability to search, download or enhance these assets by updating products in the content or adding tags for improved organisation and ease of reuse. You can you can also start creating galleries.
Please be aware that only content resulting from social post or image upload action steps will be stored in the Assets tab. Any evidence tasks will be recorded in the activity section of the respective task.
Filtering
Searching for specific content done via filters on the assents tab
- Tags: We leverage AI to analyse images, simplifying the search for specific content; additionally, you have the option to manually add tags.
- Platform Filters: Zero in on content by platform, like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Content Type: Distinguish between static posts and videos easily.
- Engagement Filters: Set minimum or maximum thresholds for likes, comments, and views to surface the most impactful posts.
Hiding Assets from Galleries and Content Tab
You can now control asset visibility across both the Galleries and Content tabs.
When the “Hide assets hidden from galleries” toggle is turned on:

Any asset marked as hidden from galleries will also be hidden from the Content tab.

This allows brand operators to declutter their view and focus only on approved, gallery-ready content.
How to use it:

Go to Content > Assets.

Enable the “Hide assets hidden from galleries” toggle.

Assets that have been marked as hidden will now be excluded from the Content view
This is especially useful for keeping internal content views clean and organised.
Favourites
The Favourites section lets you save important content for quick access later.
- Simply hit the heart to add to favourites
- Go to the Favourites section to view all saved items.
- You can access them anytime for reference or sharing.
This feature helps you keep track of key content without searching for it again.
