Where your programmes UGC is stored and how to search and use it
Once advocates have successfully completed specific action steps and those tasks have been approved, the resulting user-generated content (UGC) is added into the Content tab within Duel.
This centralised hub allows for access, streamlined search capabilities, and efficient utilisation of the UGC.
To locate your current UGC assets, simply navigate to Content > Assets within the Duel dashboard.
From here, you have the ability to enhance these assets by product tagging them using your product catalogue or adding tags for improved organisation and ease of reuse. From here you can also start creating galleries.
Note that only social post or image upload action step content will be stored in the Assets tab, any evidence tasks are stored on the task itself.
