Auto Reject automates the rejection of clearly ineligible advocate applications to save time, ensure consistency, and streamline your moderation process.
How to Enable Auto Reject
-
Navigate to Members > Group Profiles > Advocate Moderation.
-
Each Auto Reject rule (Follower Count, Profile Accessibility, Country Restrictions) can be independently toggled on or off.
-
Automatic rejections occur one hour after submission to minimize immediate resubmissions.
Available Rules
Follower Count
-
Automatically rejects applications if none of the applicant’s public social profiles meet your program’s minimum follower requirements.
-
If at least one social profile meets your criteria, the applicant will remain eligible.
Profile Accessibility
-
Automatically rejects applications if all submitted social profiles are:
-
Private
-
Unavailable or incorrectly entered (e.g., 404 errors)
-
Inaccessible to moderation tools
-
-
Rejected applications are logged with the reason “Profile Not Accessible”.
-
If one accessible profile is provided, the applicant remains eligible.
Country Restrictions
-
Automatically reject applications from restricted countries.
-
You can set country restrictions using:
-
Allowlist: Only accept applicants from specific countries.
-
Blocklist: Reject applicants from specific countries.
-
Note: Applicants must verify their applications before Auto Reject rules are applied.
Reviewing Auto Rejections
-
Auto rejections are clearly logged in an audit trail.
-
The "Rejected" tab helps differentiate system-generated rejections from manual ones.
