Overview
Duel provides integration with leading CRM software, allowing actions and data collection events in the Duel portal be sent across to a brands CRM.
This integration enables the transfer of valuable data to your CRM, which can be utilised in various areas of the business.
It also empowers your brand to implement Duel engagement flows that unlock highly customisable and powerful email communications as well as advanced rewarding functionality.
Setup

If your CRM is not listed in the integration options provided, you can utilise Duel's openAPI to extract member and event data.
Events & Properties
After setting up the CRM integration, the brand needs to enable the transfer of all events and properties. This can be done by going to the Settings in the top right corner, clicking into the CRM, and then selecting Events/Properties.
By default, all properties are prefixed with "duel_" for clarity, but the brand can customise this to their preference.
