Smart Moderation is now live — a powerful AI-assisted enhancement to the To Moderate workflow in Duel. This feature enables you to review, filter, and approve Advocate applications more efficiently, without compromising on quality or control.

Whether you’re expanding globally or scaling a fast-growing brand community, Smart Moderation helps reduce admin effort so you can focus on curating the right Advocates.

❗So what's Smart Moderation?

  • 🧠 AI scoring

    • Applicants are now automatically scored based on how well they align with your brand. This helps you surface top candidates instantly, while keeping the final decision fully in your control.

  • 🔍 Social View

    • Preview each applicant’s recent social content directly within Duel. No tab-switching or context loss, just faster, more informed decisions.

  • ✅ Auto-Reject

    • Define your own rejection rules (e.g. follower count, location, private profiles) and automatically remove applicants who don’t meet your criteria, before they reach your queue.

    • Smart Moderation is an intelligent moderation layer inside Duel that helps you approve members faster — without compromising your brand. It includes automated rejections, real-time social previews, and AI scoring.
  • What does it actually do?
    • It helps you:
      • Automatically reject unqualified applicants
      • Preview social profiles directly in Duel
      • Instantly see who’s most aligned with your brand based on AI scoring
  • Do I still make the final decision?
    • Yes. The AI suggests, scores, and flags — but you’re always in control of who joins your program.
  • Can I customise what gets rejected?
    • Definitely. You can define your own rejection criteria:
    • E.g. follower count, keywords, profanity, account activity, etc.
  • Is this available to me?
    • If you’re an existing Duel customer, your CSM can help activate Smart Moderation.
