Alternatively, here's a step-by-step summary of how to set these up:
Step 1: Create new TOS
💻 Navigate to Settings (top right) > Terms of Service + Create a new TOS.
- Name (Admin purpose)
- Note (Optional note for members to explain why they need to reaccept updated terms of service)
- Text (New contract details)
Once these details are in, press publish.
Step 2: Navigate to System Notifications
💻 Navigate to Members> Group profiles > click into the relevant group profile name, e.g. Main > General Text.
Step 3: Set 'Program terms of service'
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find Terms of service on the left hand side and select the relevant new terms of service.
Step 4: Hit Save and all done
