Application Moderation
Navigate to Members > Signups > Complete and you'll see a list of pending applications and the group they've applied for.
- Click into the application for all the data requested on the application form, you can then choose to either accept or reject the application.
- You can also filter the profiles here using a range of filters.
Incomplete Application
When a potential advocate applies but does not verify their email address their application sits in the incomplete tab.
- The duel system will send a reminder email as is setup on the account verification reminder, see more detail on System Emails.
- After 5 days an operator can also manually send out a reminder to verify email address
- An operator can also remove the incomplete application and the advocate can re apply if they've used the wrong details/email etc.
Batch Moderation
Applications can be accepted or rejected in batches by utilising various filters, including criteria such as user following and location.
Change Group
Upon moderating an application, you have the option to change the group to which an accepted advocate belongs. To do this, simply select the application and click on the "Change Group" option. Additionally, you can perform this action in batches, provided that all applications have applied for the same group.
Rejecting Applications
When rejecting an application, an optional prompt will appear allowing you to provide a reason for the rejection.
Please note that this information is intended for internal use only and will not be communicated to the advocate.
